⚠️
Important: Developer Portal Migration in 2026
Our developer portal will be migrating to a new system in 2026. You will need to recreate your account and re-request API access. Learn more →

Overview

We are migrating our API Management platform from the current system to a new platform in 2026. This migration will bring improved features, better performance, and enhanced security for all API users.

Migration Timeline

The following timelines can change based upon the progress we make and will be updated accordingly.

April, 2026

New Platform Launch

The new developer portal will be launched. Users will need to migrate their accounts and API access.

December, 2026

Current System Decommissioned

The existing platform will be shut down. All users must have migrated to the new system by this date.

What This Means for You

Action Required

When the new platform launches in 2026, you will need to:

  • Create a new account on the new developer portal
  • Re-request access to the APIs you currently use
  • Update your API authentication to use JWT tokens
  • Update your applications with new API credentials

Key Changes

Authentication Method

The new platform will use JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for API authentication instead of the current API keys method. This provides:

  • Enhanced security with token-based authentication
  • Better control over token expiration and renewal
  • Industry-standard authentication protocol
  • Improved API request tracking and monitoring

Account Migration

Unfortunately, automatic account migration is not possible. You will need to manually create a new account and re-request access to ensure proper setup and security in the new system.
