API Terms and Conditions

For the use of this API providing public flight information (“Flight API”) these Specific API Terms & Conditions apply, in addition to the General API Terms & Conditions.

Intended use

The Flight API should only be used for requesting information to help actual passengers, or for people picking up actual passengers. It is not allowed to use the Flight API for competitive analysis, claims regarding Regulation 261/2004 or other commercial uses not related to actual travel.

Data storage

Any data obtained from the Flight API can be stored for a maximum of 24 hours. It is not allowed to cache or store these data for a longer period.

Reminder

Please note that for the use of the flight API, the General terms and conditions also apply. These conditions state, amongst other things, that the API user is not allowed to distribute, sell or otherwise share data obtained through the APIs with other parties.
